The hugely popular Basque Cheesecake originated in the Basque region of Spain, Specifically by Chef Santiago Rivera in 1990 at his restaurant La Vina in San Sabastian, Spain. We have brought this special delicacy to Bliss and put our own spin on it with select flavors. The Basque has a rich caramelized exterior while still being soft and creamy on the inside. It's a crustless cheesecake unlike anything you've ever had and we are confident you're going to love it! *Can be made Gluten free by request. Approx. 8" x 4.5" Serves 8-12.
